40-day Bible Reading Plan

At the beginning of the shelter in place season, God caught my attention to do a 40-day fast, and the verse that came with it was “man shall not live on bread alone but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God”  so I started a 40-day Bible reading plan. The variety of things that had filled my life prior to covid I no longer have, but personally it was a blessing in disguise for me because it enabled me to go deeper into what I had remaining -- God, His Word, and being able to worship. This has been a season for me digging down my roots deeply, where I was not distracted by the voices of the world  or even my friends, and was able to tune into God and be closer to him than ever before.  God wants you to be free from trauma, so that you can be the person He designed you to be. God wants you to be healed of woundedness, so that you can be free to move forward. God wants you to be free from unforgiveness and bitterness, so that you can be lighter and soar as you were intended. God wants you to be free from people who've hurt you, words that have pierced you, so that you can move forward. He wants you to be free from the past, so that you can look to the future. And he wants to help you get free. He acknowledges your hurt, He knows your pain. He felt your pain. You were not alone, He was not distant. When you were hurting, He was hurting with you. Heal Our Land // 주의 얼굴을 구하게 하소서

When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
